In addition to SwitchGear’s genome-wide human 3’UTR GoClones, we offer experimentally validated assays to assess microRNA function. GoClone validated miRNA 3′UTR targets were initially identified using published experimental data and prediction algorithms. Selected 3’UTR luciferase constructs were co-transfected with miRNA mimics to assess which target 3’UTRs showed the strongest response to the miRNAs.
