Validated miRNA GoClone Targets Description
Our experimentally validated 3’UTR assays assess microRNA function. GoClone validated miRNA 3′UTR targets were initially identified using published experimental data and prediction algorithms. Selected 3’UTR luciferase constructs were co-transfected with miRNA mimics to assess which target 3’UTRs showed the strongest response to the miRNAs. Our GoClone validated miRNA targets are delivered in sets of transfection-ready, sequence-verified 3’UTR reporter assays.
