Promoter Reporter GoClone Collection Product Specifications
Following systematic identification and scoring of promoter regions across the entire genome, SwitchGear has cloned each of these promoters into our optimized luciferase reporter vector system containing Promega’s Luc2P reporter cassette. Each clone is purified and sequence-verified during our extensive quality control process.
