UTR Reporter GoClone Collection Product Specifications
- Following systematic identification of the 3’ UTR sequences across the entire genome, SwitchGear has cloned each of these UTR regions into our optimized luciferase reporter vector system containing Promega’s Luc2P reporter cassette. Each clone is purified and sequence verified during our extensive quality control process
- Clones have been optimized for use with the following reagents: Promega Steady-Glo (E2520), ONE-Glo (E6130), Bright-Glo (E2650), and Dual-Glo (E2980)
