SwitchGear now offers the option to order any of our in-stock promoter reporters in vectors that contain mammalian selectable markers.  Now you have the ability to make a stable cell line for almost any promoter in the genome!  See our current vector systems available below.

  • pSGG_prom_hygro (based on Promega’s pGL4.15 (luc2P/hygro))
  • pSGG_prom_neo (based on Promega’s pGL4.18 (luc2P/neo))
  • pSGG_prom_puro (based on Promega’s pGL4.21 (luc2P/puro))

How to order:

1. Visit our online catalog, SwitchDB, to explore our genome-wide collection of transfection-ready promoters.

2. Promoters in stock (marked “Ships in 5-7 Days”) can be ordered for stable cell line creation.

3. Contact Us with your preferred vector (see below) and gene name to request a quote ($1450 per construct).
