Sequence Variant Assay Services

1.) You identify the promoters and 3’UTRs of interest.

2.) You specify the variants you want to have created. *

3.) We create variant versions of the promoters or 3’UTRs in a LightSwitch reporter vector.

4.) We transfect the reporter constructs into living cells.

5.) We measure luciferase activity and process the data.

*You may choose individual SNPs or mutated motifs. We can also create clones from individual genomic samples for haplotype studies
