“The SwitchGear GoClone reporter constructs allowed me to identify two targets of a homeodomain transcription factor involved in the regulation of gene expression downstream of NF-kB signaling. Furthermore, the SwitchGear LightSwitch Luciferase Assay System allowed me to identify a new interaction of a homeodomain factor with a known regulator of NF-kB signaling, opening the possibility to explore new mechanisms regulating the NF-kB pathway.
