Pathway Screening GoClone Panels

SwitchGear’s cell-based luciferase reporter assays allow you to quantify transcriptional activation and repression in a variety of signaling pathways. Our sets help to uncover the mechanisms by which specific transcription factors regulate genes. We offer two types of screening panels: 1) Experimentally-validated biomarker sets and profiling plates and 2) Promoter reporter sets organized by public pathway information.

These sets of promoter targets from our genome-wide promoter reporter collection have been experimentally validated with pathway-specific inductions to create pathway activity profiles. These promoter reporters have been selected based on motif analysis, published information, and significant pathway induction response based on our in-house data.
